My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with another couple Tuesday at the wine review. This was our first visit, but certainly won't be the last. The food was outstanding. The fish (sea bass and grouper) were the best I've tasted. Chef Dion really knows his way around the kitchen. Don't let him get away. We will be telling our friends about him and the restaurant!

We were there for dinner last Wednesday with another couple that we invited there for thier first time. The food was wonderful as usual. I had the tenderloin that was done to perfection. I am a steak connisour and cook very good steaks at home but really love a nice wine and mushroom sauce but have never found a really great recipe for one. The mushroom sauce on my fillet was outstanding! Best ever! Could you have you chef share the recipe for this sauce with me? In return I will continue to promote your restaurant and bring you new clients.

Hi Pat, Just wanted to give a personal thanks to you. I was with the momslikeme wine tasting last night(1/13) and I cant tell you enough how wonderful it was. I was amazed by the amount of food and wine as well as the giveaways! Wow-all for $15! You and Leslie( I believe) were wonderful hosts. I have lived in the valley for close to 10 years now and Ive always wanted to stop in but never have. Now I will definately be back for a dinner with my husband and hopefully another wine tasting.

We came as a group for a tasting and I was absolutely blown away! The wine was great and the food was fabulous! Pat was incredibly knowledgable about the wines (and pretty entertaining too!) An AMAZING experience!
