Wednesday Thru Friday Dinner Special 12oz.
Certified Angus Prime Monte Carlo Steak and 2 Jumbo Diver Scallops
served with a bearnaise sauce, over house potato and vegetable. The
ultimate surf and turf for only $25! A 6oz. pan seared MacFarlane breast of pheasant with a cranberry and honey reduction sauce with applewood smoked bacon, served over wild rice and with house vegetable. We need your help to decide whether or not to put this on our new menu or not. If it goes on the menu it will be $33 but we want your input so for we are running it on special for only $22. This Friday and Saturday we will be featuring an amazing Jumbo
Shrimp Cocktail. The shrimp in this cocktail are absolutley enormous in
size and flavor! Chef Bryan will be preparing 2 different cocktail
sauces to choose from. One being a more traditional style and the other
being a chipotle raspberry cocktail sauce. This appetizer would
normally run for $14 but because we want everyone to enjoy the
greatness of these shrimp it is on special this Friday and Saturday for
only $6. Did I mention that Sweetest Day is Saturday, October 17th. Once again we are
going to be having an awesome 5 course Sweetest Day Dinner with each course being paired with the perfect glass of wine.  1st Course- Cheese Plate for 2 with a flight of wine. The cheese plate will include 3 domestic and 3 imported cheeses which will be paired perfectly with a flight of 3 different wines. The flight of wine will contain 3-2oz. pours of some of our best cheese pairing wines. 2nd Course- Soup or Salad for 2. Each of you will be able to choose from either a soup or salad and then enjoy a glass of wine to go with. 3rd Course- Scallops for 2. This course will consist of our ever popular scallop appetizer. Crispy pancetta, tarragon, red onions, tomatoes, garlic, and butter will accompany the scallops making this a course to remember. 4th Course- 8oz. Lobster Stuffed Tenderloin with Bernaise Sauce. 2 oz. of coldwater lobster tail meat will be stuffed into a 6 oz. cut of tenderloin and then covered in a savory bernaise sauce. 5th Course- Chocolate Silk Soup. Milk chocolate transformed into a buttery, creamy warm soup infused with a coffee liqueur garnished with thinly sliced strawberries and mint. Like nothing you've ever had before! I wasn't a believer until I tried it myself! This is the perfect dinner to take your sweetie to! There will be a 5:30 and 8:30 seating and only 40 couples will be able to attend each. The price for this delicious dinner will be only $75 per couple and that includes tip and tax!! Be sure to make your reservations today...spots are limited and filling up quick!
