Happy Wednesday,      This Saturday's wine tasting will sure be a good one! We will be featuring some awesome wines from Thomas Henry of Sebastopol, CA. For your sampling pleasure you will be tasting: Napa Valley Merlot- This wine has complex aromas of cherry and plum a firm tannin structure, and a very smooth finish. Russian River Valley Chardonnay- This wine is filled with citrus and Fuji apple aromatic notes, with a touch of minerality and crisp zestiness. Napa Valley Sangiovese-This wine has aromas of cherries, juicy fruits and raspberry which are enhanced by spice and violets. Russian River Valley Zinfandel- This wine has dark berry flavors and smooth tannins making it perfect for spicier foods. All the Thomas Henry Wines in the tasting are $14.99/750mL. Better yet with each bottle you purchase you get 3 FREE Steaks! ($6.99 retail value per steak).     This Saturday's wine tasting will also feature our new USDA Choice Flat Iron Steak. Chef Bryan will be preparing samples for you to try with a few different sauces that you can do at home! Wednesday thru Saturday Dinner Specials
Chef Bryan will be running 8 hour, slow braised pork medallions in a roasted mushroom pork demi glace with caramelized cippolini onions over house potato and vegetable. This dish is absolutely divine! Regular menu price is $28 on this entree for the new fall menu, but this week it will be on special for only $22.  
Also, this Friday and Saturday we will be running a mouthwatering pan roasted pheasant, with a cranberry honey sauce with fresh sage, tarragon, and mint, over an autumn blend wild rice. This incredible entree was awarded a 10 out of 10 last week by almost everyone that had it! Regular menu price is $32 , Friday and Saturday it's only $26.

Chef Bryan recently went to a private food show with US Foods and met with their corporate head chef and came up with some incredible ideas for the Wine Review this fall. Over the next 2 weeks we will be running new menu ideas for you to try that are sure to keep you coming back for more!
