Happy Wednesday!      We have something new in the Wine Review! Our already popular chocolate lava cake is now infused with red wine and topped with a cabernet whip cream and dulce de leche sauce. The new lava cake has been a hit! Be sure to order one next time you're at the Wine Review.      We decided to wait one more week to start up the Saturday wine tastings again. Sorry for the confusion folks but Saturday wine tastings will begin again on Saturday September 19. Have no fear we promise to please your tastebuds once again with delicious wines from around the world. For $10 you will be able to sample wines, sample the ever popular selection of cheese in the Wine Review, and receive a $10 Wine Review gift certificate and bottle of wine. So mark you calendars for September 19th and be sure to come down to the Wine Review for the first tasting in quite some time.

VIP Weekly Customer Specials
This Wednesday thru Saturday at the Wine Review our VIP customers have a special add-on choice to any entrèe purchased. For only $12 our VIP customers can add-on a delicious 7oz. coldwater lobster tail. Coldwater lobster tails often have more meat and a more succulent taste than any other type of lobster. Also for the rest of the week VIP customers will receive with each entree a 6oz. UDSA choice Flat-Iron Steak. The Flat-Iron is served in a smokey bacon port sauce with carmalized onions. Wednesday Special
This Wednesday Chef Bryan will be featuring Fresh Mahi-Mahi served with a flavorsome wild mushroom and pistachio cream sauce over a bed of fall blend wild rice and baby carrots. Last weekend we just about sold out of this special on the first night! Wednesday this Mahi-Mahi dish is on special for for only $22. You'd better hurry, this dish is too good to pass up!
Thursday Special
This Thursday in the Wine Review we will be featuring pan roasted breast of pheasant glazed with a succulent cranberry honey sauce, served over a fresh sage and parmesan polenta with house vegetable. Regularly $33 but this Thursday we will be running it on special for only $26.
Friday Special
This Friday night Chef Bryan will be featuring scallop scampi. He is taking the ever popular tender jumbo scallops and then serving them in a creamy scampi sauce with lemon, white wine, fresh herbs, and butter a top a bed of angel hair pasta. This dish is on special this Friday for only $22.
Saturday Special
For those of you that missed out on the new Filet Mignon dish, this Saturday we will be running it again. A 8oz. Filet, grilled and served over a celery root and yukon gold potato gratin, topped with pinot noir carmalized shallots, served with house vegetable. Regularly this entree is $33 but this Saturday we are running it for only $26.
