Welcome to another week at Flanagan's. This week the wine review bids farewell to "Buy One Get One Appetizers" on Tuesdays and during happy hour the rest of the week and welcomes the new Appetizer Tapas Menu. Our new Appetizer Tapas Menu will offer such items as: Duck Tacos, Parmesan Crisps, Braised Short Ribs, Oysters, and Sorbet.

The menu will give you the opportunity to expand your palate without deflating your wallet in choosing any three tapas items for $10. The new format was introduced during our popular Saturday Wine Tastings and went over extremely well with the Flanagan's fan base.

European: Pecorino Tuscano, Roquefort Carles, Chatelain Brie and Manchego Artequeso

~Glazed Kumamoto oyster with summer squash, zucchini and apple wood smoked bacon

~Braised veal short rib with nuoc cham sauce and thai chili peppers

~Citrus marinated Copper River sockeye salmon with fennel-onion confit, candied oranges, chives and citrus beurre blanc

~Bittersweet chocolate mousse with mocha meringue and port wine reduction

~Roasted homemade marshmallow with a graham cracker crust and chocolate sauce

~Bing cherry tiramisu with amaretto ice cream and candied almonds
