Kajiki or better know as Pacific Blue Marlin is caught off the coast of Hawaii and is very similar to both swordfish, and tuna, closer to swordfish, Blue Marlin is excellent for grilling or pan searing. This Friday and Saturday, Chef Bryan will be serving a blackend pacific blue marlin, with a avocado and green onion puree over a smokey wild rice and grilled asparagus.
